All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by T.R.A Car Rental. Customers are required to provide accurate personal details, pickup locations, travel dates, and contact information during reservation. Advance booking is strongly recommended for airport transfers, corporate trips, weddings, and group transportation services.

Payment may be required in full or partially before service commencement depending on the nature of the booking. Accepted payment methods may include cash, mobile money, bank transfer, or other approved payment channels. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the reservation.

Customers must notify the Company in advance if they wish to cancel or modify a booking. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation and any operational costs already incurred. T.R.A Car Rental reserves the right to retain a portion of the payment for late cancellations or no-show bookings.

All Company drivers are expected to operate professionally and comply with Ghanaian road traffic laws. Customers are expected to treat drivers respectfully and avoid any behavior that may threaten driver safety or disrupt service delivery. The Company reserves the right to terminate services in cases involving misconduct, abuse, intoxication, or illegal activities.

Customers requesting self-drive rentals must provide:

• A valid driver's license
• A valid national ID card or passport
• Proof of address where applicable
• Any required security deposit

Drivers must be legally qualified to operate the rented vehicle within Ghana. The Company reserves the right to deny self-drive requests if documentation is incomplete or deemed unsatisfactory.

Vehicles rented from T.R.A Car Rental shall not be:

• Used for illegal activities
• Driven under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Operated by unauthorized drivers
• Used for racing, reckless driving, or commercial haulage unless approved
• Taken outside approved geographic boundaries without written permission

Customers are expected to return rented vehicles with the agreed fuel level. Additional fuel charges may apply if the vehicle is returned below the required level.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the vehicle in good condition during the rental period. Any damages, accidents, scratches, tire damage, or interior damage caused during the rental period may be charged to the customer. Customers must report accidents or mechanical issues immediately to the Company.

Company vehicles may carry limited insurance coverage subject to Ghanaian insurance regulations. Customers may remain liable for damages not covered under the insurance policy. Personal belongings left in Company vehicles remain the responsibility of the customer.

T.R.A Car Rental will make reasonable efforts to monitor flight schedules for airport pickups. The Company shall not be held liable for delays caused by weather conditions, traffic congestion, flight delays, road closures, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Corporate clients and group bookings may be subject to separate contractual agreements. Additional terms regarding scheduling, invoicing, and vehicle allocation may apply.

Smoking, illegal substances, weapons, and dangerous materials are prohibited inside Company vehicles. Customers causing damage, excessive dirtiness, or disturbances may incur additional charges.

The Company shall not be liable for service disruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil disturbances, severe traffic, accidents, or mechanical failures.

Personal information provided during bookings shall be used solely for operational, communication, and service-related purposes. T.R.A Car Rental will take reasonable measures to protect customer data and confidentiality.

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms shall become effective immediately upon publication or communication to customers.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from the use of Company services shall be resolved under Ghanaian jurisdiction.
